I want to be upfront: I’m not a licensed nutritionist, and these guides are not meant to replace personalized medical or dietary advice. They’re designed for people who eat a standard, non-restrictive diet. At this time, I don’t offer guides for vegan, vegetarian, or other specific dietary needs — but that may come in the future.
Right now, I’m offering guides and tools designed to help you build habits over a 4–8 week period. But honestly? This is about building a lifestyle—not just doing something for a few weeks. So while you’ll start seeing changes fast, the real magic is in what we’re building long-term.

Yes — as long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor and can provide a note stating you’re safe to train, we can absolutely work together. I’ll be very mindful of your condition, any restrictions, and how we structure your workouts. Your safety and well-being always come first, and everything we do can be adjusted to fit your individual needs.

If you're a new virtual client, you can start with a special intro offer: 3 sessions plus a nutrition guide for just $100.
If you're local and want to train in person, the “Try It Out” package is $140 for 3 sessions plus the guide.
After that, sessions can be booked individually or as part of a package — I’ll work with you to find what fits your goals and budget best. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to commit long-term, there’s an option for you.
